R.O. Lervick Arabians is located in the Stillaguamish Valley about an hour's drive north of Seattle. The Arabian horse farm sits on 30 acres and features a main 50-stall barn with a 70' x 160' covered arena, three heated wash racks, four "ready" rooms, two heated drying rooms, and two tack rooms. Upstairs in the main barn are three offices, an apartment, restrooms, and a comfortably furnished viewing room that overlooks the indoor arena.
Surrounding the main barn are several pastures and paddocks lined with white board fence. A 12-stall mare and foal barn includes sophisticated breeding facilities and laboratory. Also on the premises is a 90' x 200' outdoor arena, covered bull pen and hot walker, a 10-stall overflow barn, a 60' x 80' hay storage barn, and two mobile homes for 24-hour staff.
Farm owners Roger and Linda Lervick are natives of Stanwood, Washington. Roger Lervick is Chairman and CEO of Stanwood's family owned business, Twin City Foods, Inc., the largest independent frozen vegetable processor in the world. The Lervicks first fell in love with Arabian horses when Grandpa Arne Lervick purchased a gelding for their daughter, Tammy, in 1973. Over 40 years later, R.O. Lervick Arabians is 40+ horses strong and a well respected name in the Arabian horse industry.
